Shipping/Handling Methods and Costs

Different shipping methods are available depending on the items purchased and the location to which the items will be delivered. Shipping/handling costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the order; total costs are automatically computed at checkout.

If you choose to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2 p.m. ET or it will not be processed until the following business day.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada

Orders may be delayed for up to 48 hours because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information. Shipping rates are subject to change.

You will not be billed for items purchased until the items have shipped. Orders are shipped only on business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Some shipping restrictions may apply.

PO & APO/FPO Boxes

We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Most items shipped to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS but some restrictions may apply.

Most items shipped to Military APO/FPO Addresses will be sent via USPS.

You can expect delivery within 1-8 business days. 

30-Day Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns of new and unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date, accompanied with the original receipt. All products should be in pristine condition with products tags attached and in the original packaging, whenever possible.

Feel free to use the pre-paid shipping label, enclosed, to make a return. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders due to customs regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in pristine condition or those returned after 30 days.

Price Adjustments

We will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 10 days of the purchase, for items purchased from https://www.ap-ontop.myshopify.com or through 1-800-ON-TOP (0-123-456-789). Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

Apollotheme gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the purchase if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

Final Sale

We do not accept returns or exchanges on "final sale" merchandise.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that was damaged upon arrival, please immediately call client services at 1-800-ON-TOP (0-123-456-789) or email apollotheme@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage and your order number. We encourage you to contact client service prior to returning the damaged item so that we can assist with the return process and work to get you a replacement item.

We are happy to assist you in any way we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Credit

A refund for your returned items will be credited to the card that was used to make the purchase. The credit to your account is predicated by your banking institution. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the date of return for your account to be credited.

Gift Card Policy

Purchase or use of a Apollotheme constitutes acceptance of the following: card usage only valid at a Apollotheme  store in the United States, online at Apollotheme.com or through 1-800-KEN-COLE (1-800-536-2653). Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given, except in those states requiring redemption for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Purchases will be deducted from the card until the amount reaches zero. After 24 months of non-use, or longer if otherwise required by law of the state in which the card is purchased, a dormancy fee of $2.00 per month will be deducted. No dormancy fee shall be collected in California or anywhere else prohibited by law. Canada

Apollotheme is an approved CREDITS participant with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). By ordering goods from Apollotheme, I hereby authorize Landmark Trade Services., an approved customs broker in CREDITS, to act as my agent, and to transact business with the CBSA to obtain release of my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, return merchandise to Apollotheme, and electronically submit refund claims on my behalf. Under the CREDITS program, I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Apollotheme. Further, I also authorize Landmark Trade Services., to forward any refund issued by the CBSA in my name, so that Apollotheme can be reimbursed.
